Alphalight Spoon-Long

This spoon has become our favorite outdoor kitchen utencil.  Sea to summit designed the spoon as an easy way to eat light weight "just add water" meals. The long spoon is perfect for eating directly from food pouches and is an ultra light hiking must, however, we really like it for cooking at the camp site on land or water. We would not think of leaving home with out it. 

The Alpha™ Long Spoon utensil uses a durable ultralight and super-strong aircraft aluminum alloy in a sleek-yet-strong shape to create an extremely lightweight utensil. By hard anodizing the aluminum it forms a kind of "exoskeleton," so the utensils can be slimmer and lighter. This hardened shell also encapsulates the aluminum, to completely eliminate the risk of the alloy leaching into food.
